{"id":67,"date":"2026-05-29T14:46:43","date_gmt":"2026-05-29T13:46:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sterlingaccreditationltd.uk\/blog\/?p=67"},"modified":"2026-06-01T10:42:00","modified_gmt":"2026-06-01T09:42:00","slug":"what-other-information-does-the-air-conditioning-inspection-report-contain","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sterlingaccreditationltd.uk\/blog\/2026\/05\/29\/what-other-information-does-the-air-conditioning-inspection-report-contain\/","title":{"rendered":"What other information does the air conditioning inspection report contain?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The air conditioning inspection report must include, but is not limited to, the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the address of the building in which the system is located<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the name of the accredited energy assessor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the name and address of the energy assessor\u2019s employer, or the name under which a self-employed assessor trades and his address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the date on which the inspection occurred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the name of the government approved air conditioning accreditation scheme<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/air-conditioning-inspections-for-buildings\/a-guide-to-air-conditioning-inspections#fn:1\">[footnote 1]<\/a><\/sup>\u00a0of which the accredited energy assessor is a member<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All air conditioning inspection reports produced on or after the 6 April 2012 must contain a valid reference number.
